Erin’s Pasta Night Volume 2 is a work of art and science, containing instructions and invitations for an entire Pasta Night experience, including how-tos, sauce recipes, and QR codes for her video tutorials. Learn how to make two different kinds of pasta dough using two different RTG flours, three different pasta shapes, and antipasta dishes. And, of course, instructions on how to participate in the Italian tradition of the apertivo.

Each flour bag in the box is heat-sealed to minimize oxidation of the nutrient-rich oils contained within, with cooking instructions on the back of each bag.
