Soft Wheat Semolina Flour

A southern version of whole wheat semolina flour made from soft wheat. Ideal for hand-formed integrale (whole wheat) pastas like orecchiette, trofie, busiate, malloreddus, and cavetelli. Additionally, it can also be used to add a toothsome texture to baked goods, including pancakes, quickbreads, muffins, and semolina cakes.

We recommend using our products as soon as possible in order to enjoy the benefits of fresh flour, but if storing longer than 2 weeks, we recommend freezing or refrigerating for maximum shelf-life.
