We specialize in heritage and modern grains for local bakeries, breweries, and consumers. Located in Orange County, North Carolina, we farm with a holistic and systems approach that excludes the use of herbicides, fungicides, and synthetic fertilizers. Everything is non-GMO. 2026 will be our 11th year harvesting winter and summer cereals with varieties ranging from “Turkey Red” Heirloom Wheat to “Cateto Orange” Heirloom Flint Corn. We mill our grains year-round on our New American Stone Mill and use our fresh flours to bake delicious baked goods, with the main goal of inspiring our customers to use regional grains. Our mission is to make grain digestible for people.
