RED TAIL'S ORIGINAL PANCAKE MIX
Red Tail’s original pancake mix with heirloom cornmeal is our take on johnnycakes. We blend together “Bloody Butcher” Heirloom Cornmeal, and two different grinds of Hard Red whole wheat flour, for a soft, yet toothsome texture. Just add eggs, buttermilk (or yogurt, milk, or nut-milk), and butter/oil and enjoy the some of the freshest tasting pancakes or waffles you have ever had. (Instructions are on the back.)
INGREDIENTS: Sifted wheat flour, heirloom cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
We recommend using our products as soon as possible in order to enjoy the benefits of fresh flour, but if storing longer than 2 weeks, we recommend freezing or refrigerating for maximum shelf-life.
NOTE: This is non-GMO. GMO’s cannot be used in organic agriculture.
